Alone is better than two friends
Sand castels are fine
If you're a child of nine
But maybe i'm missing the point there

You were my best
But we had to give it a rest
Cursing is fine
If you've got plenty of time
But I prefer going searching for treasure chests

Hurting is part of our humanity
That's how we learn to forgive
But my heart got pounded for nothing
I guess only the memories could be saved

There's something about the beach
That always reminded me of a better time
So now i rather stay at home
Writing poems that badly rime...
